Active campaigns and candidate analytics
Instead of manually checking whether a candidate is in a specific campaign, you can immediately see what messages they’ve been sent on their profile, as well as their interactions with those messages.
You can also see a timeline of a candidate’s latest interactions with your campaigns with one click, and dive deeper into their engagement with the campaigns they received.
Team inbox sync
Teams don’t need to manually log email exchanges that happen outside of Beamery; that information is automatically synced to a candidate’s profile, no matter what email provider they use. As a result, all messages are in one place, and the whole team stays in the loop.
Beamery also automatically suggest follow-ups when a recruiter forgets to keep the conversation going. These automated reminders can be customized to suit each team member’s preference.
“Do not contact” tags
And finally, if a candidate asks to be removed from a mailing list or to not be contacted again, you can apply a “Do not contact” tag to their profile, and the rest of your team will not be able to contact them anymore. This ensure that the quality of your candidate experience is preserved.
Our goal has always been to enable recruiters to have informed and meaningful conversations with their candidates, and to help create a seamless candidate experience.
