We’re announcing our new campaigns feature (video overview below), to help recruiters take engaging and nurturing candidates to an unprecedented level of sophistication.
Recruiting emails are dead
We believe that the way that companies communicate with candidates is changing forever.
People that you’ve found for open roles need incredibly personalized messages. Candidates that you’ve already messaged need to be nurtured and kept interested. And all of this needs to be done faster, more efficiently, and ultimately better than it’s being done right now. (We can’t rely on LinkedIn InMails to get the job done anymore.)The way we contact and engage with candidates is comfortably the hardest part of the recruiting process. Click To Tweet
The way we contact and engage with candidates is comfortably the hardest part of the recruiting process. Nowadays, even getting candidates to open and reply to your emails is becoming a delicate science.
This is why we sweated so many details to create the single best way for recruiters to engage and nurture candidates. It’s not enough to have a fantastic pipeline of candidates in your CRM or ATS if you can’t communicate with them effectively.
Beamery Campaigns V.1 has helped recruiters improve their response rates by over 300%. It’s almost scary to think what might happen next…

Dynamic Campaigns – A New Way to Engage
The workflow for most recruiters is more stop-start then downtown New York during rush hour.
Find a candidate. Log them in their database. Send them a message. Hit repeat.
Even if you’re just copying and pasting the same message to each candidate, (not something we recommend), you’re wasting huge amounts of time. On the flipside, if you’re writing personalized messages, it’s pretty hard to do it fast enough to send the volume you need to fill roles.
Then it comes to following up. First you have to filter through your “Sent” folder to find the candidates that didn’t reply, then you need to painstakingly go through and follow up with each one, while dodging incoming emails and ignoring the inevitable pile of unread messages in your inbox.
This process sucks but, until now, there’s been no better way.
Wouldn’t it be better if…
i) You could craft the perfect email to send new candidates that you were contacting for a new role once, (not hundreds of times), and set this up as a template to be sent out from Beamery.
ii) Personal details for each candidate were automatically added to your template when you sent it, so that each email looked like it was carefully crafted in Outlook, not sent out in bulk.
iii) Follow ups (that you wrote in advance) were sent automatically to candidates that didn’t reply, or people that performed a specific action like clicking on a link you sent through?
iv) You could add new candidates to this new email series on a rolling basis, when you found them on LinkedIn, social media, or tracked them down in your database.
v) Well, throw in detailed analytics on every email and template that you send and the ability to measure candidate experience, and you’ve got Dynamic Campaigns in a nutshell. It could be the most powerful tool every built for sourcers and recruiters to contact and nurture talent.
