With our latest feature release, it’s even easier to use Beamery to build and nurture relationships with potential hires.
The candidate intelligence you need
In today’s digital society, your company’s relationship with a candidate starts long before they click apply. You have an opportunity to shape the relationship from the very first brand touchpoint.
Our goal at Beamery is to surface key relationship insights and data-points for candidates that haven’t yet applied to help you take control of the conversation from the outset.
Any time you add a candidate to our Talent CRM, Beamery automatically creates a rich candidate profile, referencing data from over 120 social sites, pulling in data from emails, meetings and notes and providing a complete, 360 degree view of each candidate.
Imagine having this data for everyone that your team is speaking to (not just applicants).
You’ll get crucial insights on passive talent that you’re sourcing, leads from Employer Brand initiatives, as well as previous applicants that you want to re-engage.
The 360 degree profile gives you control of the candidate relationship from the moment that someone interacts with your brand, to the moment they accept a job offer. We think you’re going to like it…
You can check out the 360 degree candidate profile, alongside Beamery’s other powerful features, by requesting a demo here.
Your new 360 candidate profile
We’ve made several changes to the candidate profile to make it easier for you to build and manage relationships with top talent.
i) The new full profile
We’ve made a significant update to the candidate profile, to create the most comprehensive space to view and manage of all candidate information, and the most effective tool to manage relationships with potential hires.
The full candidate profile now allows detailed insights into every candidate relationship, including full professional history and a complete breakdown of any communication with a candidate.
Attachments can now be uploaded, managed and previewed directly within the profile, and the activity feed now includes more detailed information about meetings, calendar events, tasks and updates to candidates.
Opening a candidate conversation enables you to see when messages are opened and read, and to reply and send messages.
ii) Changes to the mini profile
With the full profile providing a complete relationship overview, the mini-profile is now designed to give you quick access to key contact data, including any recent notes made about the candidate, candidate conversations and upcoming calendar events.
This now includes the latest interactions, messages and notes for every contact. To enable fast workflows, switching between profiles will immediately load the new profile with the same tab.
The new fields tab enables you to quickly update any key candidate data without changing your workflow. The related tab enables you to add candidates to campaigns, pools or vacancies.
Updates to notes
Our latest update makes notes more valuable and provides greater flexibility over sensitive content.
i) Note Types
Notes have been updated to enable recruiters to log calls and meetings, which allows for more detailed data analytics in Beamery reports and data exports.
ii) Note permissions
To give you greater flexibility over sensitive content, Beamery now gives you the option to make specific notes on a contacts private.
As we mentioned at the start of the post, if you want to see any of these new features in action and start hiring more collaboratively, you can check out a demo here.
