It should help recruiters work faster and smarter, and reduce sourcing, managing and engaging candidates to as few “clicks” as possible.
With the Beamery Chrome Extension 4.0 comes our most sophisticated update yet. (If you’d like to see a full demo of Beamery, or deep dive on the new Extension, you can pick a time here.)
1. Everything in one place
Our goal has always been to surface all of the candidate information that recruiting teams need to move fast and to have deeply personal interactions. It’s the reason that profiles in Beamery give recruiters every candidate data point they need; everything from online interactions, to emails, to social information (and a whole lot more!)
Our latest update brings all of this information and functionality to the chrome extension.
Without breaking their workflow and logging into the app, recruiters can:
- Log InMails
- View a summary of social and professional information
- Check recent emails and call notes
- Manage and create new tasks
- Make notes and @ mention colleagues
- Assign candidates to talent pools or vacancies
- Check the closest connection on your team
- View and manage all custom fields
- Add candidates to personalized campaigns
- View attachments and resumes
- And plenty more…
It’s everything you need to move (a lot) faster and improve efficiency across the team.
2. Drag and drop resume parsing
You can now “drag and drop” resumes directly into the extension to create new contacts in the system.
Not only will Beamery parse the information in the resume, but we’ll also enrich the contact with social information from over 120 different sites to give your team as much context as possible. We’ll also create the new contact in under a second.
If a contact already exists in Beamery, we’ll check the data in the CRM against their resume and give you an option to update their profile with any new information (e.g. new company, contact details and more).
This works on any webpage so you could use it for resumes that you’ve received via email or documents that you’ve found on sites like Indeed.
3. Quick search
With our latest release, recruiters can search their entire database (including past applicants from their ATS) directly from the extension.
You’ll be able to pull up profiles of candidates that you’re already engaging with, without ever having to log back into the app.
This is particularly helpful if you want to compare a candidate that you’ve just found on social media with someone that already exists in one of your talent pools or someone that you’ve submitted to interview, or if you want to check whether a candidate already exists in your database.
4. Duplicate checking
To avoid duplication in your database and different recruiters contacting the same candidate multiple times, the Beamery extension will check for duplicates every time you try to add a new contact.
If someone does already exist, we will bring up their profile in the extension so that you can check their status and decide if you still want to contact them.
What to do next?
