They say if you’re not moving forward, then you’re moving backward. As 2017 comes to a close, it’s safe to say that we’re moving forward faster than ever before.

We’ve always been a product-first company, and 2017 was no different.
We launched Beamery Pages to help companies build their brand and convert more passive candidates.
Most candidates aren’t ready to apply when they visit your website – they’re looking for relevant information, not a lengthy form.
Pages help you stand out to passive candidates with personalized landing pages and events and capture important information so you can start building a relationship. There’s no need to rely on I.T. or marketing assistance – pages can be planned, built and promoted within a matter of minutes.
2017 has been about far more than major releases like Pages though, there aren’t enough column inches here to go into all of the changes to our software this year. We ship new features and products at a relentless pace.
Whether it’s sweeping updates to improve the user experience, the release of a new form builder to help companies get the data they need from inbound candidates, or major updates to our chrome extension (video below), we’re committed to moving fast.
We’re dedicated to both the success of our customers and to creating the new standard in Recruitment CRM & Marketing software.

Content has always been close to our heart at Beamery and this year we launched a new Academy full of resources to help companies tackle different aspects of recruitment marketing.
From our new Complete Guide to GDPR: For Recruiting Teams, to our Candidate Engagement Playbook, to our State of Diversity Report, we’ve focused on creating new resources that can help recruiting teams navigate the complex world of modern hiring.
We’re also creating a comprehensive report on the State of Recruitment Marketing as we enter 2018. If anyone has 5 spare minutes to answer a few short questions, we’d be hugely grateful. (You’ll also be entered into a draw to win a large and tasty box of cupcakes).
Company & Team
2017 has also been a year of huge internal growth. We’re proud to have offices in 3 of the world’s most innovative cities (London, Austin, and San Francisco), and even prouder to have welcomed so many new faces to the #beamteam.
We raised a $5 million Series A round in April, and are fortunate to be working with great investors in Index Ventures.
We want to take this moment to say a huge thank you to all of our fantastic customers, our amazing team, our investors, and all of the wonderful people who have helped along the way.
I think it’s safe to say that the Beamery journey is just beginning. We’re excited to see what 2018 has in store.
